Sized for 8.625 in lines, the 8.625 pipeline caliper tool carries 10 articulated arms that trace the bore from weld to weld. Running as an ILI caliper tool, it feeds the Digi-Cal reporting suite, which breaks down main line valves, tees, bends, wall thickness, welds, and any deformations or dents detected on the pass. Its value as a pipeline geometry inspection tool comes from stationing data that fixes each of those features, and any line debris, to a precise footage marker. The build pairs 10 sensors and 20 hall effects with a 160-hour-or-more battery, a 30% minimum bore, and a 2500 psi (172 bar) pressure rating.
