6” DIGI-CAL
The 6 inch pipeline caliper tool is built for small-diameter runs, sending 8 sensing arms down the line to record its full internal profile. As an ILI caliper tool, its Digi-Cal software returns interactive reporting on main line valves, tees, bends, pipe wall thickness, welds, and any deformations such as dents or anomalies along the pipe. Used as a pipeline geometry inspection tool, it also ties every feature to stationing footage so crews can locate and identify line debris by position. With 8 sensors and 16 hall effects, a power supply rated for 110 hours or more, and a minimum bore of 30% of pipe OD, it is rated to 2500 psi (172 bar).
