24” DIGI-CAL
Built for large-bore pipe, the 24 inch pipeline caliper tool carries 28 sensing arms to keep full contact with the wall across the run. Serving as an ILI caliper tool, it powers Digi-Cal’s interactive reporting on main line valves, tees, bends, pipe wall thickness, welds, and any deformations including dents and anomalies. As a pipeline geometry inspection tool, it records stationing footage for each feature and uses that same data to locate and identify line debris by position. Onboard are 28 sensors and 56 hall effects, backed by a 300-hour-or-more power supply, a 30% minimum bore, and a 2500 psi (172 bar) operating range.
