The 10.75 inch pipeline caliper tool uses 12 sensing arms to capture a continuous internal geometry read across a mid-size pipe. Every pass through this ILI caliper tool populates Digi-Cal’s interactive report, flagging main line valves, tees, bends, pipe wall thickness, welds, and deformations like dents and anomalies. As a pipeline geometry inspection tool it logs stationing footage alongside each feature, which is also how crews locate and identify line debris in the line. Spec highlights include 12 sensors, 24 hall effects, a 300-hour-or-more power supply, a 30% minimum bore, and a 2500 psi (172 bar) operating range.
