16” DIGI-CAL
The 16 inch pipeline caliper tool scales up to 20 sensing arms to hold full-bore contact through a larger-diameter pipe. As an ILI caliper tool, it records into Digi-Cal, whose interactive reporting resolves main line valves, tees, bends, pipe wall thickness, welds, and any deformations such as dents or anomalies on the line. Its role as a pipeline geometry inspection tool is anchored by stationing footage, giving each feature, and any line debris, a fixed position along the run. The tool combines 20 sensors and 40 hall effects with a 300-hour-or-more battery, a 30% minimum bore, and an operating range of 2500 psi (172 bar).
