With 16 articulated arms, the 12 inch pipeline caliper tool delivers dense coverage of the pipe wall on a single run. This ILI caliper tool drives the Digi-Cal reporting platform, which itemizes main line valves, tees, bends, wall thickness, welds, and any deformations, dents, or anomalies found along the line. Working as a pipeline geometry inspection tool, it references stationing footage for every logged feature and for pinpointing line debris by exact location. It ships with 16 sensors and 32 hall effects, a power supply rated for 300 hours or more, a minimum bore of 30% of pipe OD, and a 2500 psi (172 bar) rating.
